Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for items in their original, unused, unwashed and unworn condition, with all tags attached. Items on sale or purchased with promotional discounts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Return & Exchange Window
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Xaavya is not liable for items lost in transit during the return process.

Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Approved returns are eligible for either a refund to your original payment method or an exchange. Refunds typically process within 7-10 business days. The delivery charges paid by the customer at the time of placing the order will not be refunded to the customer.
